Provide Event Details
- Event Name: Enter a unique name for the event that will help you easily identify it when you start receiving bids.
- Event Type and Estimated Attendance: Specify the type of event (e.g., wedding, corporate event) and provide an estimate of the expected attendance to help potential providers understand the scope.
- Arrival Time: State the time when the provider is expected to arrive and start setting up their equipment.
- Start and End Time: Indicate the actual operational time of the photobooth, specifying when it should begin and end.
- Software Requirements: If any specific software is required for the photobooth, mention it at the bottom of this section.
Provide Location Details
- Location Name: If the location has a specific name (e.g., Grand Ballroom, Riverside Park), list it here.
- Location Address: Provide the full address of the event location to ensure the provider knows where to go.
- Specific Room: If the event is taking place in a specific room or area at the location, list that information.
- Indoor or Outdoor: Indicate whether the event will be held indoors or outdoors.
- Parking Details: Inform whether parking will be available for the provider and if there will be any additional costs involved. Provide your best assumption if exact details are not known.

How Your Inbox Works
RFPs Received
- Add Business Details: Before you can match with RFPs and start bidding, you must add your business details. Click on Add Business in the top right of the menu bar to complete this step.
- RFPs to Bid On: Once matched with an RFP, it will appear in this section for you to review and place your bid.
- RFP Bids Sent: After you have bid on an event, the status of your bid will be displayed here until it is either accepted or denied by the company that created the RFP.
- RFP Approved/Booked: If your bid is approved, the RFP will move to this section, where you can review further details and prepare for the event.
RFPs Sent
- Managing Incoming and Accepted Bids: This section is for managing the RFPs you have created.
- RFPs Out for Bid: To review the RFPs you have created, click here to manage your listings.
- Bids for Review: Once your RFP has matches, providers will start bidding. Incoming bids will appear in this section until you accept or deny them.
- Bids Accepted/Booked: RFPs that you have accepted will be listed here, allowing you to manage and support the ongoing fulfillment of those bookings.
